How do I return something to Southwest Sport Horse?
1. All returned items must be in brand new condition in original packaging with tags attached and receipt - within 30 days of purchase.
2. SADDLES, CUSTOM ORDERS, & MONOGRAMMED items are NOT returnable.
3. Any items returned for reasons other than defects, must be unused and in the original packaging. There should be no sign of use, horse hair, or odors.
4. We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in new and resaleable condition. Apparel items are not to be worn except to try on for fit.
5. If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice. Please inform us if you prefer a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.
6. Full refund (excluding shipping/handling fees) given for returns with tags attached and original receipt made within 30 days of purchase.
7. In-store credit given for returns with tags attached and receipt made after 30 days of purchase. NO RETURNS accepted after 45 days of purchase.
8. Returns without a receipt or returned special orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
9. For all returns, please insure your package and send the item prepaid ground UPS or via USPS. Include copy of original invoice, instructions for exchange or credit, and full contact information (name, address, email, phone).
For orders that are damaged in shipping - please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.
