Southwest Sport Horse promises to deliver high-quality products in good condition. If, for any reason, your purchase is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or refund your money (excluding delivery charges). Simply return your unused / unworn merchandise with the original paperwork and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. We will respond to or acknowledge your inquiry within three business days.  As we travel to many dressage shows throughout the year, it may take us several days to respond to your request.  Please be patient - email is generally the quickest form for response.
